Taking care of our team

We have several ways to keep our team creative, passionate and motivated...

Progression

We promise our staff routine guidance to help them develop within their careers at Audience. We give them clear steps for progression, sponsored training courses and an annual team training retreat to grow as a united team.

Wellness

Our staff require an excellent mindset to provide exceptional service for our clients. We support them with virtual medical care, a monthly wellbeing allowance (to put towards fitness and wellness activities) as well as a weekly wellbeing hour to work around busy schedules.

Social

We run several social adventures throughout the year, including company-subbed trips, rewards and incentives. Our team regularly organise socials outside of work hours to develop relationships and unwind. We also provide volunteering opportunities so our team can give back to the wider community.

Our mission

We have a number of partnerships to help us in our mission to push the boundaries of innovation and create extraordinary experiences...

Sustainable

We have a duty to reduce our carbon footprint and be leaders in the drive for a more sustainable events industry.

To ensure our experiences are sustainable, we’ve partnered with Event Cycle to repurpose and redistribute items, materials, graphics and plants. We aim to be mindful of our impact on the environment and reduce landfill waste from our events, from start to finish.

Diverse and inclusive

Our experiences are designed for everyone.

To ensure we are diverse and inclusive across our experiences, recruitment and culture, we work with Diversity Ally to promote diversity in both our internal team and our external experiences. We work with clients to create inclusive solutions from ideation to delivery, including advice on the most accessible formats and incorporating hybrid solutions.

Pay liveable wages

We provide our staff with the support they need to nurture excellence, creativity and collaboration.

To ensure that we pay our employees above minimum wage, we are a Living Wage Employer. The real Living Wage is a wage rate that is voluntarily paid by our business to ensure staff wages meet their everyday needs (food shopping, rent and transport).

Protective of data

We ensure that all of our experiences are privacy and data-protected.

That's why we're a certified Cyber Essentials Plus organisation. This means we provide strong security across firewalls, routers, access control and software, helping us to protect our business and yours.
