To celebrate the release of Annabelle Comes Home, Warner Bros. wanted us to design the “Supperclub of the Soul” – a haunting pop-up dining experience set in the eerie Welsh Chapel on Shaftesbury Avenue. Designed to immerse guests into the chilling atmosphere of the film, this one-of-a-kind event aimed to give attendees an unforgettable fright.
Audience was challenged to craft an immersive experience that channelled the terrifying setting of the movie. Drawing inspiration from the film's iconic scenes, we incorporated frightening moments throughout the evening to keep guests on edge.
In return for surrendering their soul, all guests of Annabelle’s Supperclub of the Soul were treated to a six-course tasting menu unlike any other. Each course became progressively stranger and more unsettling, taking cues from the film’s dark narrative. Dishes included “blooded” beets, sole “sacrifice” and “Annabelles’ Eye.”
“A deliciously demonic dinner was served at the #AnnabelleComesHome dining experience! Don’t miss Annabelle’s return to the big screen in cinemas now.”

As guests enter they are immediately confronted with an Annabelle doll, safely contained within a glass case. This spine-chilling focal point created the perfect photo opportunity, with a beautifully ominous table setting in the background. As the dinner progressed, however, the doll mysteriously disappeared—unleashing a series of supernatural occurrences that brought the room to life. A rocking chair appeared to rock on its own, a silhouette of a small girl appeared on the balcony, and a dimly lit piano played an off-key tune.
We collaborated closely with a PR agency to ensure the event's media attendees were thoroughly briefed and equipped with the materials to amplify the story online and across their channels. By doing so, we created an unforgettable night of spine-tingling scares that left guests—and their souls—haunted long after they departed.
