Virgin Media wanted to spread festive cheer in a big way by transforming Kings Cross Station into a game show-inspired wonderland, offering travellers an exciting chance to win exclusive prizes with just a spin of a wheel. This activation needed to delight busy holiday commuters while also offering something special for Virgin Media customers through their latest offering —'Priority.'

At the heart of the activation was a "Wheel of Fortune"-style game, complete with a 23-day advent calendar containing premium prizes for lucky participants. The festive setup was designed to engage passersby, adding a touch of magic to their holiday journeys. Virgin Media amplified its campaign message, “Get the magic of Christmas, 48 hours early with Priority,” by letting players unlock the Christmas spirit before everyone else. The entire station was lit in Virgin Media's signature red, creating a visually stunning display.

It wasn’t just about the prizes, brand ambassadors were on-site to guide participants through the interactive experience while sharing information about Virgin Media's exciting new Priority offering. Live performances from a gospel choir and small orchestra enhanced the festive atmosphere. The station was filled with classic Christmas tunes at various intervals throughout the day, ensuring everyone felt the holiday spirit.

Over 3,000 people tried their luck, with no one leaving empty-handed. An impressive £60,000 worth of prizes were claimed, including tech gadgets, gift vouchers, and exclusive Virgin Media experiences. On top of that, Virgin Media generously donated £1 to the charity Carers UK for every spin of the wheel.
