We designed a new hybrid experience for Mazars delegates, allowing them to engage with representatives and other delegates from across the UK. We were tasked with producing an engaging and interactive hybrid induction simultaneously across 3 locations, educating the delegates with innovative content and providing them with a chance for live Q&A’s. We wanted to create a new style of experience to invigorate learning and create meaningful connections.
The experience was split into two days, the first saw delegates watch a live webinar from their own office locations, filmed from the live studio in the London Office. Day two consisted of content from speakers and saw all delegates come together from their 3 hubs: London, Manchester and Edinburgh. Content was simultaneously streamed from each location, giving everyone an opportunity to take part in the engaging and interactive experience.

We developed a live studio for our speakers on day one, with Mazar's branding embedded into the design to help the experience feel united. The stage setup, graphics, invites, presentations and signage for day two's in-person experience were identical in each location, helping each city feel connected to the others.
We used high-quality AV equipment in each location to capture both hosts and audience, allowing seamless communication between London, Manchester and Edinburgh. To make sure that everyone had equal opportunity to participate and ask questions, we provided several Q&A opportunities throughout the talks, using Slido to provide polls and quizzes.
