Highlighting the importance of inclusivity and representation in data

We designed a live event experience with an online offering that brought together customers, leaders and influential community members to highlight the importance of inclusivity and representation in data.

Impactful keynote speeches and panel discussions focused on good data practices' impact on the lives of marginalised communities. The experience highlighted themes of working together to celebrate, discuss and promote change.

LGBTQ+ hosts, researchers and authors provided insight during their talks, followed by a Q&A session for all in-person and live stream attendees.

We created a captivating and cohesive event identity that celebrated the LGBTQ+ community and was engaging with our attendees. The distinct design incorporated pink gradient triangles, a worldwide symbol of gay power and pride, into digital displays, ID badges, signage and swag.

The experience ended with an afterparty, providing attendees with a networking opportunity. We had DJs, including Nadine Noor and Mya Mehmi from PXSSY PALACE - an arts platform rooted in intentional nightlife, celebrating black, indigenous and people of colour who are women, queer, intersex, trans or non-binary.

Overall, the event inspired, educated, and sparked discussion among attendees. We had 200 in-person attendees and 500 viewers on the live stream.
