For five consecutive years, we’ve been managing Google Cloud’s presence at major exhibitions. Most notably, at the prestigious Infosecurity Europe event. Infosecurity Europe are the leaders in cyber security for the information security community. It's a widely recognised meeting place for the industry’s finest minds delivering expertise, knowledge and networking opportunities to grow stronger and more resilient together.
We were challenged to design a stand that raised the Google Cloud profile as a leading security provider, promoted their key product launches, generated new sales whilst reinforcing their positioning, investment and market traction in the Financial Services space. No small task. With a whopping 370+ exhibitors and 15,000+ visitors across 3 days at the London Excel, it was critical that we designed and built Google Cloud a stand that was not just eye-catching, but interesting to a community that was going to be inundated with gimmicky tech throughout the event. We had to be bold.
To encourage genuine interactions we decided to create a unique space with an interactive game, eight demonstration pods and a dedicated meeting space at the heart. The game was a total hit, with queues of people waiting to have a go. As merchandise is a real memorable take away for many delegates attending a conference, we created some swaggy branded rucksacks and sustainable pens to give away which went down a treat.
Overall, our interactive stand design and meticulous attention to branded detail attracted a huge flow of people to the stand, resulting in over 20% total leads captured across the 3 days, 1 sell-out technical workshop, over 30 individual presentations on stand and 8 demo stations generating over 558 actionable follow ups.
