Google Cloud’s HIMSS trailblazing conference in 2022 was the first in-person European health conference and exhibition delivered since pre-covid 2019, taking place in Helsinki, Finland. Focused around bringing together knowledge, expertise and thought leadership in healthcare digitisation, this people-led networking event brought a variety of both entrepreneurs and investors together.
Our challenge was to build on from HIMSS 2019 and reinforce Google Cloud’s Healthcare Services messaging and positioning with the overarching aim to highlight their investment and market traction in the healthcare space. Our goal was to drive consideration and selection of Google Cloud by the thousands of Healthcare leaders and service providers in attendance, to generate leads for the sales team and reinforce Google Cloud’s position as a market leader by designing, building and managing their stand and sponsorship presence.

The 3,000+ attendees and 160 market leaders were ready and primed to showcase the latest and most innovative health tech solutions. Our close working relationship with Google Cloud and careful consideration of the target audience allowed us to create engaging stands with presence and stand out that aligned perfectly with Google Cloud’s brand guidelines.
The end environment incorporated two impressive live demonstration areas, a reception desk and plentiful storage within the central tower. We even developed bespoke giveaway packages for the delegates that included local Finnish delicacies and offered a free Kombucha served up by the brand ambassadors - yum.
The uniqueness of the stand encouraged meaningful interaction and conversation with attendees. Overall the event delivery was seamless from beginning to end resulting in 450 captured sales leads and 28x 1-1 meetings during the 1.5 days.
