For several years, Audience has been a trusted partner in supporting Deloitte's learning team with their induction programs for various service lines, including Risk Advisory, Financial Advisory, and Consulting. These programs are crucial for integrating new starters into Deloitte's culture, equipping them with essential skills, and preparing them for successful careers within the organisation.
Taking part in early September, we collaborated with Deloitte to orchestrate multiple-day residentials held across different locations in the UK. With approximately 700 delegates in attendance, the scale and scope of the programs are significant. Audience's role extended beyond logistical support; we played a pivotal role in curating tailored experiences that resonated with delegates and aligned with Deloitte's objectives.
We customised content for each service line, ensuring the learning journey was finely tuned to address Risk Advisory, Financial Advisory, or Consulting. This tailored approach not only enhanced engagement, but maximised the relevance and applicability of the training material for each delegate.
We supported various aspects of the induction programs, ranging from onsite experience design to technical support for plenaries and breakouts. We assisted with branding, to reinforce Deloitte's identity, and provided a cohesive registration management, delegate app development, and F&B coordination. We ensured smooth execution of all these elements, allowing participants and leaders to focus on the learning.
Both schemes went really smoothly, amazing interaction from the delegates, and all really effective and easy!

Recognising the importance of networking, we helped to create activities that foster meaningful connections among delegates. From icebreaker sessions, to interactive workshops, these activities not only broke the ice but laid the foundation for collaborative relationships that extend past the induction program. We also provided a virtual offering for those who couldn’t attend in-person.
At the end of each program, we asked participants to evaluate the effectiveness of the initiatives through post-event surveys. This data allowed us to refine our strategies for future induction programs, ensuring we surpass in terms of engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes.
