As a trusted event partner of Deloitte, we have been collaboratively designing elements for their Consulting Analyst Induction Programme (AIP) for a number of years. As the induction process is the first chance any organisation gets to welcome and develop new talent - it’s important to get it right.
Specifically, the programme is a springboard for Analysts into the world of Deloitte and life in professional services. We needed to design a space that helps the new recruits explore their new role whilst allowing them to learn the skills they need to be successful.

We were asked to put Analyst networking first and deliver a highly motivating, engaging and immersive induction for those attending in person and for those that couldn’t attend virtually. We transformed the space into a colourful, memorable branded space that set the scene for energetic and impactful content.
We created an intelligent event app with agendas, reminders and the speaker list, and we included a live stream functionality for those who couldn’t attend in person. As with AIP 2021, the chosen host David Meade inspired, energised and guided the Analysts through the experience.
Collaborative group activities are incredibly important during the onboarding process. As such we set up an interactive photo station on which the Analysts worked together to achieve an end goal, building it together over the course of the week to capture moments and provide a post-event wrap-up memento. To add to the experience we delivered an evening activity at Sea Life, complete with make-up artists, a photo booth and disco heads adding to the fun.
Over the course of the 5-day onboarding programme, we had some amazing feedback from the recruits. The success of the approach and delivery reinforces Audience’s position as a key partner in the design of successful induction programmes, leaving a lasting impression on Deloitte's new recruits time and time again.
