Mayor of London
We are one of the few agencies on the TfL/GLA framework, meaning we can really work closely with the mayor's office to enhance London's cultural offering. We produced Diwali Festival in unison with a number of community outreach projects by the mayor. The Diwali Festival is a family-friendly event and open to all, which meant that safety and crowd management were a key focus. Alongside this, high production values, innovative programming and experienced onsite management were essential. The event centres on a rich stage programme featuring traditional and contemporary arts but complemented with focus on street food, yoga, meditation, family crafts and comedy.
