  • Normal working hours are 9am-6pm but we have flexible start/finish times when you’re in the office, with 5 pm Friday finishes all year round and 4pm summer Fridays

  • Extra day holiday per year of commitment (up to 5 years)

The job

  • Support the Head of Production and the Account teams with technical delivery of in-person, hybrid and virtual experiences
  • Assist in the creation of technical specifications for sound, lighting, video, staging, and other production elements
  • Experience of managing scenic suppliers, good knowledge of build materials and finishes
  • Manage key relationships related to the production and technical delivery of our projects (for example exhibition stand builders, audio visual providers)
  • Quote and manage assigned production budgets
  • Research innovative technical and sustainable solutions and incorporate them within our work
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations in all technical aspects
  • Collate of RAMS documentation, submission of plans to venues etc.
  • Create production and technical documentation (for example; production schedules, show running orders, cue to cues)
  • Test streams pre-event rehearsal management
  • Responsible for studio set ups, equipment set ups & testing
  • Responsible for livestream and broadcasts when running hybrid or virtual event delivery
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact onsite, troubleshooting technical issues
  • Lead and manage crews, including scenic, audio-visual, lighting, and stage teams, to ensure smooth execution

  • Comfortable working unsociable hours from time to time as our event schedule dictates
  • Self-motivated, self-sufficient and have an accountable attitude
  • Remain calm and collected in high stress environments
  • Passionate about technology and an interest in industry developments
  • Have a hands-on attitude and be an open communicator
  • Experience in event production and international delivery
