The agency has four departments:

  • Clients & Strategy (Client servicing, Strategy) - led by C&S Director
  • Product Operations (Production and Studio) - led by C&S Director
  • New Business Development and Marketing - led by MD
  • HQ (Operations, Finance, HR) - lead by Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day responsibility for supporting the AM (Account Manager) and AD (Account Director) with the delivery of events and experiential activations, all to bring to life our client’s brand and key messages for their key target audiences
  • Develop an understanding of our client's objectives, demonstrated in strategically led solutions through data-led reporting of project ROI (return of investment).
  • Supporting the AM and AD with the design of proposals through collaboration with internal teams, including the scoping of internal/external resources and collation of deliverables in line with the project timeline against client briefs
  • Working closely with the relevant internal teams to ensure all activation plans are proactively delivered to the highest standards
  • Maintaining the highest client management standards in line with Service Level Agreements (response times, status reports, contact reports, etc.)
  • Desk research to support ideation for event and experiential activation design
  • Supporting with project management and writing internal briefs for other teams (e.g. Production and Studio)
  • Supporting with the timely management and tracking of activation budgets, ensuring all deliverables are executed within the agreed budget levels
  • Undertake other responsibilities within your capabilities if required

What we are looking for

While we value diverse experiences, we're particularly interested in candidates with a background in delivering small-scale event experiences at a similar agency.

  • Appropriate account management experience is expected, preferably working within similar creative engagement agencies (experiential / events)
  • Understanding of project management and client management skills
  • A strong team player with good communication skills and a passion for working with clients and in the creative industry who can support the AM with project delivery
  • The ability to be agile and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of events and experiential

The following skills are desirable but not essential:

  • Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

  • Extra day holiday per year of commitment (up to 5 years)
