Job Description

Job title: Producer

Date released: 01/04/2026

Start date: Immediate

Reports to: Head of Performance & Culture

Salary and contract: TBA, full time permanent

Routine working location: UK, 3 days per week in our London office

What you'll do

At Audience, we don’t just "put on events"; we craft experiences that change how people feel. We’re obsessed with the blend of art and science (what we call Audience-ology). It’s our way of understanding the human journey to ensure every moment of an activation has a purpose.

As a Producer, you are the engine room of the experience. You are responsible for the "flow", ensuring that the creative vision isn't just a deck, but a real, breathing experience that takes the audience on a specific journey. As per our agency mantra, you really want to ensure “events last forever”. You’ll be the day-to-day lead on mid-scale projects - driving momentum, aligning moving parts, and keeping everything on track. You turn ideas into reality with precision and pace, ensuring the creative vision lands exactly as intended, at every moment that matters.

  • Experience shaping: You’ll help develop audience journeys and content moments. You’re responsible for how the event feels from the moment someone arrives until the moment they leave.

  • Stakeholder coordination: You are the central point of contact. You’ll manage internal teams, external clients, and third-party partners to keep everyone aligned and moving toward the same goal.

  • Content and presentation: You’ll help develop presentation ideas and content flows, ensuring that the messaging is integrated seamlessly into the physical environment.

  • Project orchestration: Depending on what other team members are involved, you might handle the project independently, including all timelines, status meetings, suppliers, venues, and the logistics, making sure the creative ideas are delivered without any friction on budgets circa £250m.

What we're looking for

You are a highly organised, creatively driven problem-solver who takes pride in the detail and never settles for “that will do". You likely have 5 years of experience in an agency environment.

  • Journey mapping: You understand how to plot an audience's path through a space or a digital experience, identifying the "hero” or “surprise and delight” moments that will stick with them forever.

  • Team coordination: You’re a natural collaborator. You know how to get the best out of creative, technical, and logistics teams to keep a project on track.

  • Ownership mindset: You take responsibility for your work and your projects; proactive in finding answers, pushing things forward, and following through to the end.

  • Communication: You’re confident in front of clients and partners, able to translate complex creative ideas into clear, actionable plans.

  • Attention to detail: You don’t miss a beat. From proofing content to checking the "flow" of a run-sheet, you ensure every touchpoint is polished.

  • Raising the bar: You care about doing things properly. You challenge “good enough” from yourself and those around you, continuously looking for ways to improve the work, the experience, and how we deliver it.

  • Event success: You strive for high client and audience feedback on the "feel" and flow of the activation.

  • Delivery efficiency: You don’t mess around. You get things done without delay and move on to the next creative challenge.

  • Stakeholder harmony: You receive positive feedback from internal teams and external partners on your coordination and communication.

  • Content impact: Seamless integration of content and presentation moments within the live environment. You really care about lasting memories, in whatever format they come in.
