The agency has four departments:

  • Clients & Strategy (Client servicing, Strategy) - led by C&S Director
  • Product Operations (Production and Studio) - led by C&S Director
  • New Business Development and Marketing - led by MD
  • HQ (Operations, Finance, HR) - lead by Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead the PO department, guiding the client servicing teams with confidence, knowledge, and experience to achieve result-driven solutions.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our client servicing teams, facilitating briefs and requests.
  • Lead the production department, setting and implementing standards, processes, and best practices that align with agency goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement the vision, strategy, and objectives for production.
  • Oversee end-to-end production of campaigns and events, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop production project timelines and manage resource allocation to meet production demands across multiple projects.
  • Lead production during kick-off meetings, ensuring clear communication between account management and technical teams.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor production budgets, negotiating with vendors and suppliers to optimise cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Regularly review project budgets and P&L statements to identify areas for savings and maximise profitability.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain a roster of preferred vendors and manage contracts, service agreements, and vendor performance evaluations.
  • Lead and mentor the production team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities to foster a high-performing team.
  • Identify training needs, implement development programs, and encourage innovation to ensure the team has the skills and resources to excel.
  • Identify potential risks in project execution and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards for experiential events.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes to increase efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Keep updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative solutions into production approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure cohesive, integrated, and impactful project delivery.
  • Engage in pre-production planning with account and studio teams, providing production expertise to align project vision and feasibility.
  • Undertake other responsibilities within your capabilities if required

What we are looking for

We encourage our teams to go through consistent training and self-improvement. We encourage you to bring ideas for your self-development, but as a start, we are looking for candidates with industry experience working at a HOP level.

  • Appropriate production leadership experience, preferably working within similar creative engagement agencies (experiential / events)
  • A strategic and commercial mindset with experience and knowledge of working with other marketing channels
  • Experienced managing budgets up to £1M, including the reconciliation process
  • A confident and professional communicator passionate about working with clients and in the creative industry: Ideally, you’ll have experience working with SAAS, Technology or Professional Services brands.
  • An experienced HOP able to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, including meeting with clients
  • A strong team player who can confidently lead projects through collaboration with many internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to be agile and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of events and experiential
  • International event management experience and the willingness to travel are essential due to the global nature of our events.
